Writers usually spend their time reflecting on the world around them and themselves as a person. Their stories are their experiences. The end product usually results in the reader feeling as if they really got a look inside the author’s mind. See the problem I see with that is, you really leave yourself vulnerable to what the readers has to say. The reader holds all of the power on what your story is about and what kind of person you are. I write because I want to open myself up but I do not want anyone to anything about me, that’s my paradox. Of course, that is not going to stop me from writing because I want everyone to read my writing and actually leave with an original thought in their mind. I’m just hoping no one really cares who writing the stories as long they keep reading.
